Not Enough Time???

All you need is 30 minutes!  Most gyms and personal trainers only offer workout sessions by the hour.  With my program you only need to commit 30 minutes 2-3 times per week.


Hello Penticton, my name is Emma Coe and I am originally from Great Britain (that puts the Brit in Fit).  I am a BCRPA certified personal fitness trainer who specialises in 30-minute workouts.  I offer a comfortable and non-intimidating environment that will get you fit over a series of convenient 30-minute sessions.  You can choose from my mobile service, where I come to you, or you can visit me in my studio at 131 Ellis Street in Penticton.


Fitness has always been my passion.  I began swimming competitively at age eleven and have maintained a healthy lifestyle ever since.  Some of my favourite activities include squash, swimming, stand-up paddle boarding and skiing.  When I moved to Canada, I even played a couple of seasons on a softball team … and by the way, I learned that softballs are not actually SOFT!

Since my move to Canada in 2009, I have been working hard to help others achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals.  I am very excited to be launching BritFit here in my adopted home of the south Okanagan.

My passion for fitness and for helping others creates a dynamic and positive training environment.  I would love to share my knowledge to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Private Training

I offer a supportive environment and a real love for helping you get where you want to be with regards to your health and fitness.

Your 30-minute one-on-one workout, using functional exercises and cardio strength training, focusses on encouraging personal growth.  My programs will challenge you, motivate you and are guaranteed to be fun.  They also promise to hurt just a little!


Cost per session: $45

 Book of 10: $405 (Save $45)

Book of 20: $765 (Save $135)

Buddy Training

Buddy training is the most affordable workout option that BritFit offers. You have a choice: work out with a friend or your significant other.  If that doesn’t work for you, then let us match you with someone of similar abilities and goals.


Cost per session: $25

Book of 20: $425 (Save $75)
