I offer a fun and supportive environment and a sincere passion for helping others achieve weight loss, a healthy lifestyle and improved fitness.  Because of this goal orientated approach, I have great success helping my clients see successful results with their fitness journey.  I offer private 1-on1 personal training sessions.  If you have the desire to get fit, I can show you how.

Check out our pricing packages.  Because I offer intensive training sessions with a 30-minute workout structure, my prices are about half the cost of traditional 1-hour personal training programs.

All you need is 30 minutes!  Most gyms and personal trainers only offer workout sessions by the hour.  With my program you only need to commit 30 minutes!

About

Hello Penticton, Naramata, and South Okanagan! My name is Emma.  I’m a Personal Trainer originally from Great Britain (that puts the Brit in BritFit).  I am a BCRPA certified personal fitness trainer who specialises in 30-minute workouts.  I offer a comfortable and non-intimidating environment that will get you fit over a series of convenient 30-minute sessions.  My studio is located inside suite #202 – 212 Main Street in Penticton.

                                  

Fitness has always been my passion.  I began swimming competitively at age eleven and have maintained a healthy lifestyle ever since.  Some of my favourite activities include squash, swimming, stand-up paddle boarding and skiing.  New sports since moving to Canada include softball and curling and most recently, golf.  When I’m not working or playing, you will normally find me out walking my dog in the beautiful Okanagan nature.

Since my move to Canada in 2009, I have been working hard to help others achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals.  I am very excited to be launching BritFit here in my adopted home of the South Okanagan.

My passion for fitness and for helping others creates a dynamic and positive training environment.  I would love to share my knowledge to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Personal Training

I offer a supportive environment and a real love for helping you get where you want to be with regards to your health, fitness and weight loss. Because I only offer 1-on-1 personal training sessions, results happen much more quickly than with a group fitness program as the workouts are customized to you and your goals.

Your 30-minute one-on-one workout, using functional exercises and cardio strength training, focusses on encouraging personal growth.  My programs will challenge you, motivate you and are guaranteed to be fun.  They also promise to hurt, just a little!

              

30-minute initial consultation: $26.25 incl. GST (Mandatory prior to first workout)

Cost per session: $38.50 incl. GST

 Book of 10 sessions: $346.50 incl. GST

Book of 20 sessions: $616 incl.GST
