About Brit Fit

Meet Emma

Hello! I’m a Personal Trainer originally from Great Britain (that puts the Brit in BritFit).


I’m a BCRPA-certified personal fitness trainer who specialises in efficient, effective 30-minute workouts designed to fit real life.


I previously trained clients in person in the beautiful South Okanagan, but I’ve recently moved and now offer 100% virtual personal training—bringing my coaching directly to you, wherever you are.


Same BritFit energy, now with even more convenience.

Fitness has always been my passion. I began swimming competitively at age eleven and have maintained an active lifestyle ever since. Some of my favourite activities include squash, swimming, stand-up paddleboarding and skiing. Since moving to Canada, I’ve also fallen in love with softball, curling, and most recently, golf. 


Since arriving in Canada in 2009, I’ve been dedicated to helping people achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals. Now, with BritFit’s new online format, I’m able to support clients from anywhere—while still delivering the same friendly, non-intimidating environment that makes 30-minute sessions fun, motivating, and achievable.


My passion for fitness and for helping others creates a dynamic and positive training experience. I’d love to share my knowledge and support you in reaching your goals.
